Frequently Asked Questions
Can we have multiple users updating the website?
Yes. We can set up Admin users that have the ability to change everything including the design, and we can also setup Editor users who can update existing pages or create new content, but not alter the design.
Can we request changes to the design of the website after it has launched?
We work hard to ensure your website is meeting all of your requirements from Day 1. After we've shared the initial design and before it is launched we can make any changes you like, within the scope of the package you have purchased. After it has launched we can do small design changes at our current hourly rate or provide a fixed quote for substantial changes to functionality.
What happens to the website after the 1st year domain & hosting expire?
You are free to move your website to a new domain and hosting provider if you wish, or PawzDesigns can renew your domain and provide another years hosting for a fixed price. For 2025 websites our hosting packages start from £8 per month.
